4. Job Postings & Boosted Jobs
4.1 Employer Responsibilities
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job listings. BizJetJobs.com does not guarantee the validity of any job post.
4.2 Boosted Jobs
Employers may purchase "Boosted Jobs" to increase the visibility of job postings. A Boosted Job does not guarantee applications, hires, or any specific outcome.
4.3 Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments for job postings and premium services are processed through third-party providers.
- Fees for Boosted Jobs and other paid services are non-refundable, except as required by law.
- If applicable, subscription services will auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Site Content
All content on BizJetJobs.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BizJetJobs.com and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
5.2 User Content
By posting job listings, resumes, or other materials ("User Content") on the Site, you grant BizJetJobs.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
