Obtain weather and NOTAM information while developing flight plans for passenger flights throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, Mexico and Central America. Review latest maintenance updates and discrepancies along with prefilight procedures to ensure aircraft is airworthy. Ensure aircraft is properly loaded, and within weight and balance limits. Adhere to company Operations Specification, as well as Federal Aviation Regulations. Delegate tasks to the First Officer and determine pilot flying and pilot monitoring rolls for daily flights and legs.

Provide instruction and mentoring of military skillbridge pilots transitioning from rotor wing to fixed wing turbojet operations, as well as the transition from military to civilian flight operations. Daily coordinate with ground personnel at each Fixed Base Operation to provide best possible customer care and efficiency to our clients.
