Serve as Second-in-Command on Part 91 and Part 135 Challenger 300 operations, assisting the Captain in all phases of flight, including preflight planning, aircraft operation, and post-flight procedures. Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance.

Successfully facilitated the assignment of over 50 (AD) Marines to various Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) roles, ensuring that the specific needs of the Marine Corps are met while maintaining optimal personnel readiness across all units. Playing a pivotal role in workforce planning and management, aligning individual skill sets with organizational requirements to support mission success.

Currently working part-time at Pray Aviation while also providing freelance flight instruction as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI). Over the course of tenure, I have logged more than 1000 hours of flight instruction, successfully mentoring and guiding students through all phases of flight training. My dedication to student success has resulted in nine successful checkride completions to date, showcasing my ability to effectively prepare students for practical exams and ensuring their proficiency in both technical skills and aviation safety.

Over a three-year period, successfully led, mentored, and trained more than 70 Marines and Sailors in all aspects of F35B/C Airframe Maintenance, cultivating technical expertise, operational discipline, and mission readiness. Developed and implemented comprehensive training plans, provided hands-on instruction, and ensured compliance with maintenance protocols and safety standards. Played a key role in shaping the next generation of airframe mechanics capable of performing under the demanding conditions of forward-deployed operations.

Served as Work Center Supervisor of 20+ Marines that maintained, repaired, and provide quality assurance (QA) for a Marine Operational deploying squadron for Lockheed Martin F-35B Lightning II aircraft. Demonstrating sound decision-making, managing operational risk management and oversight, emphasizing a safe and thorough work environment, resulting in zero mishaps, maintenance malpractice or fatalities during my tenure.
