I stepped away from the constraints of a 141 curriculum so that I could give my students a more tailored and personal experience of flying. I wanted to show my students more of aviation life and what being a pilot is really like while also bringing my experience of training progression learned from the school.

Provided flight instruction in accordance with 61, 141, and TCO regulations and standards. Conducted ground, flight, and sim training, evaluated student performance and proficiency, providing feedback and progression. Maintained accurate, up to date training records. Promoted professionalism, safety culture, and the strive for excellence.

Directed logistical workflows and package processing routines with a focus on operational safety and productivity. Guided diverse teams to achieve rigorous service benchmarks and high-volume delivery timelines. Oversaw the orientation and professional development of staff regarding corporate protocols and regulatory compliance. Streamlined daily throughput while addressing technical disruptions within an accelerated workplace setting. Exhibited decisive leadership and effective interpersonal communication to navigate complex, time-critical challenges.
