Rapidly promoted from Line Mechanic to Shop Lead, and eventually Maintenance Supervisor over 2-year period due to demonstrated project management, maintenance planning, and leadership skills. Maintain the highest companywide customer satisfaction survey rates due to reduced aircraft downtimes and exceptional service.

Supervised 10 mechanics performing a Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program on 20+ FAR Part 135 cargo aircraft. Received the quickest promotion to Avionics Supervisor in company history. Recognized for extreme attention to detail, outstanding customer service reviews by flight crews, and a routine willingness to go above and beyond duties/responsibilities.

Performed 100-hour and annual inspections, troubleshot squawks, and provided owner guidance on aircraft upgrades. Primarily worked on Cessna, Beechcraft, Piper, and Cirrus aircraft owned by private aircraft operators flying under FAR Part 91.

Towed, refueled, and serviced aircraft. Cleaned lavatories, assisted with loading and unloading baggage, and greeted crews. Progressed rapidly from basic line service to towing aircraft of all sizes due in large part to aircraft maintenance background.
