• Provide professional flight instruction to student pilots from initial training through advanced ratings, emphasizing safety, proficiency, and sound aeronautical decision-making. • Conduct flight and ground training in accordance with FAA regulations, school procedures, and established training standards. • Develop individualized lesson plans based on each student’s experience, progress, and training objectives while maintaining accurate training records and documentation. • Prepare students for private pilot, instrument, commercial, and other applicable practical tests through structured flight and ground instruction. • Evaluate student performance, identify areas requiring improvement, and provide clear, constructive feedback to promote consistent skill development. • Teach essential aviation subjects including aircraft systems, weather, navigation, regulations, airspace, weight and balance, performance, risk management, and emergency procedures. • Maintain a strong safety culture while demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, effective communication, and adherence to standardized operating procedures. • Coordinate with other instructors and flight school personnel to support student scheduling, aircraft utilization, maintenance considerations, and overall training efficiency.

• Provide FAA-compliant flight and ground instruction for student pilots. • Conduct flight evaluations and flight reviews. • Deliver advanced proficiency training in Cirrus aircraft equipped with Perspective, Perspective+, and Perspective Touch+ NXI avionics systems.

• Provide contract pilot services for privately owned and corporate aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient, and professional flight operations. • Conduct domestic and international flight operations, including cross-country and aircraft repositioning missions while maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service. • Coordinate all aspects of aircraft operations, including flight planning, weather analysis, weight and balance, fuel planning, and risk assessment. • Manage aircraft scheduling and maintenance coordination, working closely with maintenance providers to ensure aircraft airworthiness and operational readiness. • Perform post-maintenance functional check flights and aircraft acceptance flights following inspections and repairs.
