Assisted in flights during hurricanes, NC flooding, and numerous snow/ice storms as part of the Waffle House Emergency Response Team. Oversaw training schedules for flight department to ensure compliance, flew with personnel to verify SOP compliance, and gave recommendations to Chief Pilot regarding professional training growth. Maintained contact with PDK regarding runway closings as well as frequently visited airports, reported information to Chief Pilot and flight department. Organized additional transportation of passengers when needed, maintained navigation updates on specific aircrafts, and gave instruction to new crew members on computerized systems.

Managed maintenance, organized paperwork for flight department, and completed all flights to and from satellite office in the Southwest United States (Piper PA31-350 Navajo Chieftain).
