Act as lead instructor for over 200 students and 40 CFIs, guiding students in the academy's accelerated fast track program. Oversee instructors, including hiring, onboarding, new hire training, Assistant Chief training and performance evaluations. Support students by managing classroom instruction, instructor scheduling and FAA documentation; splitting time between administrative oversight and direct student/Faculty support. Coordinate with DPEs for CFI checkrides, optimizing scheduling based on examiner availability and program flow. Provide remedial ground and flight training for students needing additional support and lead spin training. Played a key role in the academy's transition to shape its independent operational structure and instructional strategy. Implemented the use of digital tools and electronic recordkeeping to reduce reliance on paper-based systems. Provide guidance with Young Eagles, Career Fairs, FIRC training.

Provide one-on-one flight and ground instruction for Private, Commercial, Instrument and CFI students. Prepare students for FAA checkrides, conduct stage checks and maintain detailed training records and endorsements.
