Acted as PIC on owner (managed) flights operated under FAR Part 91 but acted as SIC when operating charter department flights under FAR Part 135. Managed the timely and complete transition from paper pilot employment and training records to the online FAA Pilot Records Database in accordance with all applicable FAA regulations and directives.

Safely and proficiently operated KingAir series aircraft in a variety of demanding all-weather environments, including but not limited to very rural areas, unforgiving terrain, and frequent night ops. Leveraged factory delivery experience to skillfully assist senior leaders throughout the acceptance process of the company’s first factory new aircraft, an autothrottle-equipped KingAir 260C. Played an integral support role in all tactical decision making processes.

Received initial flight instruction from experienced factory demo and test pilots in the Bonanza G36 and C172 SP airframes. Flew several dual cross-country legs in support of the piston sales demo mission. Developed innovative ways to track and report on fleet movement, crew scheduling, and aircraft maintenance status; directly advised management on logistics matters in the demonstrator fleet. Redesigned pre-training forms and customer experience surveys; completely transitioned customer interface from paper (mail-in) to digital. (Desktop and mobile-optimized web-based forms went live with zero bugs on launch.)

Collaborated with production, customer account management, and flight operations in order to create a logistically seamless delivery experience for both private individuals and large corporate customers. Conducted technical and detailed interior, exterior, inflight, and paint quality inspections on jet aircraft; coordinated any necessary work or final adjustments prior to customer arrival.

Utilized R and Python programming languages to analyze large amounts of raw data originating from the V-22 Osprey aircraft drivetrain manufacturing process. Communicated complex technical findings to management and colleagues in a precise and effective manner. Provided actionable insight to senior leaders and supported data-driven decision making.
