Assist in pre-flight preparations, including assisting the Captain in flight planning and calculating aircraft weight and balance. Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and standards.

Assess all risk factors and modify the trip as needed to ensure maximum safety. Maintain a cooperative and efficient work environment through CRM practices, focusing on constructive communication with all team members and passengers.

Perform complete pre-flight and post-flight inspections and preparations. Conduct safety, fuel and weather analyses, interior and exterior inspections and coordinated with ground FBO personnel.

Evaluate all risk factors and adjust trip as necessary to maintain the highest degree of safety possible. Maintain a pleasant operational environment through use of CRM techniques, stressing positive interaction with the crew, passengers, and support personnel.

Responsible for the efficient transport of passengers and cargo while complying with company policies and procedures in a safe and professional manner. Communicate effectively with First Officer, air traffic control and support staff.

Provide great service to passengers in terms of safety and comfort during flight. Responsible for supporting crew coordination, timely transport and top-notch customer service.

Provide effective and continuous Crew Resource Management by demonstrating the ability to multitask, work under pressure, evaluate situations using sound judgement and critical thinking skills to solve problems. Exhibit a thorough and continuing working knowledge of aircraft systems, company standards, procedures and FAA/TSA regulations.

Direct supervisor to all flight crew personnel, provided guidance and support as required. Preparing US Customs required EAPIS for international flights into the US.
