Overall responsibility for crew capacity planning (Crew Plan) during a period of furlough recalls and growth under a new pilot contract. Oversaw Crew Scheduling, Crew Pay and Crew Plan departments. Interim Sabre Admin, company rep on ASAP committee, oversaw Tech Pubs overhaul.

Provided executive guidance on aircraft comms equipage, OCC technology & EFB implementation. Representative on several FAA Next Gen Work Groups.

Designed and implemented the flight ops information infrastructure including all OCC systems and aircraft comms integration. Implemented aircraft on board network that included Iridium Sat Comm, EFB and ground based WiFi connectivity. Responsible for weight and balance management and load policies and profiles for the A319 aircraft. Assisted with galley and seat vendor selection for our startup fleet.

Pilot for Part 91 and 135 operations. Pilot for a family business operating Lear 35, Falcon 10, Falcon 50 and Citation I & II aircraft. Flight Instructor for a Part 61 school.
