Performed over 300 days of 24-hour flight duty, including five 17-day rotations away from home, managing rest throughout to be prepared for launch at all times. Received 500-hour flight safety award. Flew seven life-saving medical missions. Primary liaison for MEDEVAC stakeholders while ensuring safe and efficient patient treatment and transport. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Developed and mentored a high-performing aviation team of 23 personnel, promoting professionalism, accountability, and crew readiness under ICAO and military standards. Flew three life-saving MEDEVAC missions.
