As part of Amgen's internal consultancy, lead, manage and support multiple cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on speed, innovation, value realization, ways-of-working, change management, and executive communication to deliver needed medicines to patients while also delivering stakeholder value.

Responsible for the oversight of operations, maintenance, finance, training, IT, HR, safety, security, facilities, supply, and administration of the U.S. Navy's fleet of 110 E-2 and C-2 aircraft ($8.5B), 3,500 personnel, $450M global infrastructure, for 12 squadrons based in Virginia, California, Japan, and at sea across the globe.

In 6 days we prepared the U.S. President's plan and directly coordinated 100+ Navy, Air Force, French, and British missiles that resulted in O casualties and 100% mission success with extreme aerial and naval complexity.

Instructed 250+ students in computer coding, aircraft performance, strength of materials, and intro to aeronautical engineering, as was the faculty lead for seven instructors and 200+ students. Also supported Midshipman summer flight training as the USNA flight school operations officer, educator and mentor.

Managed the $2.3M annual budget of 9 aircraft and prepared the 10-year schedule and budget roadmap for 100% aircraft transition of all 9 aircraft. Also supervised and mentored 12+ Junior Project Officers across 7 active aircraft test projects, 6 software engineering development streams of over 85 test plans and reports, and over 32 flight support plans for projects related to SpaceX, Ballistic Missile Defense, Tomahawk, USAF, NSA, and NASA.

Led 21 military and civilian personnel in test planning, execution, and reporting for 12 test programs of 5 different types of aircraft across 8 U.S. Sites of 3 prime contractors to inform and support $4.8B+ in decisions for 4 major acquisition program leadership offices. All reports were delivered on time and all projects were completed on or ahead of schedule.

Graduate-level instruction in advanced aeronautics, airborne systems, and test flying. Planned, flew, recorded data, and prepared technical reports for over 20 flight test exercises, involving comprehensive aircraft performance and flying qualities evaluations.

Completed a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering. Specialized in air weapons systems and digital avionics applications. Conducted advanced engineering analysis related to aircraft systems and performance. Collaborated with military and civilian faculty on technical research projects. Strengthened analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills applicable to aviation operations. Additional professional education and certification began and 2 of 3 terms completed for the Naval War College Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Phase I.

Deployed and delivered a then record 1M+ pounds of cargo and 3,500+ passengers to/from the aircraft carrier, 12 countries, mishap-free, ~$200k under a $3M budget, with two $65M aircraft, and 35+ junior aircrew and maintenance personnel.

Completed initial fleet training and qualification in the C-2A Greyhound. Developed proficiency in multi-engine aircraft operations and crew coordination. Completed aircraft carrier qualification and fleet replacement squadron syllabus requirements, as the carrier qualification C-2A “Top Hook.” Demonstrated commitment to safety, professionalism, and operational excellence. Successfully transitioned from advanced flight training to fleet aviation operations.

Completed advanced jet flight training in the T-45A. Developed instrument, formation, and carrier aviation skills. Demonstrated strong crew coordination and decision-making abilities. Successfully completed aircraft carrier qualification requirements. Earned designation as a United States Naval Aviator.

Completed intermediate multi-engine flight training in the T-44A. Developed proficiency in instrument flying, navigation, and crew coordination. Demonstrated adherence to established procedures and aviation standards. Successfully progressed toward advanced naval aviation training. Built a strong foundation in multi-engine operations and aviation professionalism.

Completed primary military flight training in the T-6A Texan II. Developed foundational aviation skills in visual, instrument, formation, and cross-country operations. Demonstrated sound judgment, situational awareness, and risk management principles. Maintained high standards of professionalism, discipline, and flight safety. Successfully completed training and advanced to intermediate flight training. Declined written offer to cross-commission to the U.S. Air Force and enter Fighter Pilot training.

Successfully completed Aviation Preflight Indoctrination, the initial training program for Naval Aviators. Developed foundational knowledge in aerodynamics, navigation, aviation physiology, weather, and flight operations. Demonstrated professionalism, discipline, and strong academic performance while preparing for military flight training. Maintained strict adherence to safety procedures, operational standards, and military regulations. Selected to continue into Primary Flight Training as a Student Naval Aviator.
