Responsible for working with FAA in acquiring FAR 135 Operating Certificate for new company; developed training manual, Ops Specs, dangerous goods program, ground school curriculum and lesson plans, safety manual, and drug screening program; organized and flew FAA proving run for worldwide operations using G-III.

Responsible for performance of 70 pilots; maintaining Ops Manual; administration, training, and proficiency of pilots; liaise with FAA; lead monthly pilot meetings; administered company drug screening program; developed Standard Operating Procedures committee to enhance standardized practices and procedures across all fleets. Served concurrently as Safety Coordinator through Nov. 2007.

Hired as Captain on King Airs, promoted to BE-400 and LR-45 Captain. 05/2007 - 11/2009: Safety Coordinator: Responsible for maintaining company Safety Manual, reviewing accident/incident reports of flight crews and non-flight personnel and recommending best practices to avoid future occurrences; leading monthly meetings with company administration to review all aspects of company-wide operations; developing emergency response program and follow up with unannounced drills; maintaining safe hangar and ramp operations; fostering a culture of safe and standardized operations among all employees.
