Safely and efficiently conduct domestic and international flight operations for a major U.S. air carrier flying over 13,000 hours of scheduled passenger service under 14 CFR Part 121. As Pilot in Command, effectively direct, coordinate and delegate flight critical duties to form a cohesive, functional and safe flight crew environment. Carefully plan and execute flight assignments while ensuring compliance with regulations, company policies and SOP. As Second in Command, carefully and diligently honed skills, continuously improved airmanship and emphasized excellence in customer service, resulting in upgrade to Line Captain: December 2019. Proven to thrive in a dynamic environment while being able to learn quickly, as evidenced through multiple aircraft types (Airbus and Boeing 757/767, 737) and successfully completing challenging international flight operations.

Skillfully assisted the Captain to ensure safe and efficient aircraft operation under 14 CFR Part 121. As second in command, completed specific duties as directed by the pilot in command while seamlessly integrating as part of the flight crew. Diligently adhered to company Standard Operating Procedures, company policies and FAA regulations with a special emphasis on cohesive crew resource management.

Effectively planned, organized, and managed the activities of the Flight Center. Thoughtfully developed goals and strategies that integrated Army operations with stated mission objectives. Established, revised and maintained policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organization design for supporting staff. Budgeted resources to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment while promoting team building, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance.

Dutifully served multiple assignments throughout a dynamic 10 year military career as a helicopter pilot and maintenance officer, developing from a Regular Army Second Lieutenant rising to the rank of Major. Continuously exemplified leadership qualities, earning the recognition of superior officers and promotion of being named Section Leader, Platoon Leader and Company Commander serving in multiple capacities. Actively served in deployments that included Japan and South Korea, while also having earned service recognition including a Bronze Star for deployment during the Gulf War. Effortlessly adapted to a dual-rated role having an assignment flying both fixed wing (C-12s) and rotor wing (UH-60) aircraft.
