Responsible for transportation of high-net-worth individuals throughout the United States and the Caribbean under Part 91. Complete all pre- and post-flight operations including but not limited to flight planning, weight and balance, FRATS, aircraft cleaning, stocking, pre- and post-flight inspections, and all other duties required for each flight. Accomplish crew resource management, timely departures, and critical decision-making pertaining to flight safety.

Maintained and managed a small number of single-family properties in and around Atlanta. Coordinated with tenants and maintenance personnel to keep homes in good condition and renters happy. Assisted in the process of taking homes that were previously occupied for many years and getting it renter-ready which included but was not limited to coordination with renters, different trade crews, and tenant selection.
