Reconstituted and executed a recurring, cross-platform exercise to rehearse a critical operational concept sidelined due to bandwidth constraints and evaluated potential future basing options based on feasibility, proximity and security requirements.

Oversaw 24/7 operations for 25 daily MQ-9A combat missions including 14 Mission Control Element squadrons, 6 Launch & Recovery squadrons and 3 Air Operations Centers enabling global intelligence collection and weapons employment. Piloted MQ-9As in combat in two operational squadrons across different geographic areas, supporting unique mission sets for varied customers by employing diverse sensors and payload configurations; earned Field Grade Officer of the Year (#1/8).

Piloted 2,000 combat hours enabling Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance and deliberate/dynamic strike missions. Led and managed a team of 50+ Airmen, enlisted and officers across three functional disciplines responsible for coaching, management, evaluation, disciplinary action, awards/recognition; earned the Group Flight Commander of the Year (#1/32). Deployed for four months as Director of Operations, overseeing a 22-person military/contractor operations/maintenance team.

Flew 1600+ combat, Large Force Exercise, test support and training hours including seven combat deployments and seven temporary duty assignments earning Receiver Certification; upgraded to Aircraft Commander and flew 585 hours as PIC. Served in multiple leadership and support roles, including the mobility, scheduling and training directorates.
