Currently an authorized PIC on the accounts SR22/SR22T's and an SIC for their Citation CE-525 jet aircraft. Operating under Part 91 operations, providing professional pilot services on both domestic and international flights, while ensuring strict adherence to FAA regulations and safety protocols.

Conducted interviews to assess school graduates for flight instructor positions, ensuring they meet the required company qualifications. Develop and implement flight training curricula and instructional materials for pilots, flight instructors, and aviation personnel.

Hand-selected by the Vice President of Operations from over 800 instructors across 77 locations to be one of only three Interview Flight Standards Evaluators. Indoctrinated and standardized 400+ instructor personnel to meet all standard operating procedures. Evaluated and determined if ATP instructor applicants fit company standards and culture through written tests, simulators, and flights.

Evaluated student progress through stage checks & mock checkrides to evaluate student proficiency, ensure alignment with FAA standards, & enhance readiness for practical exams.

Hand-selected to work at the ATP Safety and Standards Desk for risk analysis and mitigation. Handled safety-related phone calls and reviewed maintenance reports. Worked with the manager of Safety and Risk Mitigation to analyze and mitigate risks identified from Safety Reports. Due to distinguished performance, was hand-picked to work in Flight Operations. Coordinated aircraft, students, and instructor resources for the company's 500+ nationwide fleet.
