My journey to aviation has been anything but conventional, which is what makes me stand out. I bring 30 years of leadership and business experience, from serving as a U.S. Air Force Captain, leading 130 personnel and protecting $375 million in assets, to founding and managing successful companies. Along the way, I’ve earned an MBA, handled national accounts with Fortune 100 executives, built lasting client relationships, and trained teams to exceed performance standards. My career is defined by a commitment to integrity, mentorship, and a mission-driven focus. Whether I am guiding student pilots as a flight instructor, advising clients in real estate and finance, or leading teams through complex operations, I consistently bring a steady approach, strategic thinking, and a passion for supporting others' success. I am also the author of "Flight Plan for Success: Navigating Life: 26 Skills from A to Z," a book created to equip young adults with the tools and mindset to succeed in both personal and professional life. I have also been published in the National Association of Flight Instructors, Mentor magazine, focusing on scenario-based learning perspectives for flight instructors.
