Provide flight training and mentorship to 32 pilots, 18 crew members and a squadron of over 300 Marines on a daily basis. Oversee the daily flight operations of a squadron of 12 MV-22B aircraft and hold the responsibility of the squadrons flight goals and aircrew training. Develop near, mid, and long-term flight operations and training plans while maintaining the balance of flight hours to maintenance capabilities.

Fly the required line check flights for 32 pilots and Instrument evaluations with emphasis on standardizations and emergency procedures. Lead unit-wide safety and standardization programs, develop and enforced SOPs and training, manage risk mitigation and mishap-prevention efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance to maximize aircrew proficiency and operational readiness.

Planned for and conducted all logistics required for the deployment of the squadron to Camp Leatherneck, Djibouti. Moved 350 Marines and 4.5 tones of equipment on C-17's and contracted air. Evaluated mission requirements for full squadron operations and ensured feasibility of support for equipment. Conducted 62 Combat Flight hour in support of various named operations. Final flight as a division lead was coordinated between White House representatives for the First Lady, 2 x C-130, and 4 x MV-22 aircraft that crossed 3 countries in joint formation.

Coordinated and directed close air support (CAS) missions, integrating air assets with ground operations to maximize combat effectiveness and minimize friendly fire risk. Provided real-time target acquisition, battle damage assessment, and communication between ground commanders and aviation units in dynamic combat environments. Planned and executed intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions, delivering real-time aerial imagery and data to enhance situational awareness and decision-making. Personally qualified in the R80D Sky Raider Division level air asset and annual evaluator for all level 1 SUAS.

Supervised the Airframes Maintenance Division during a deployment for Crisis Response, Africa and during garrison operations. Supervised and mentored Marines across multiple specialties, fostering professional growth, unit cohesion, and adherence to USMC standards of discipline and excellence. Served as Operations Scheduling Officer and Navigations Officer while supporting aviation mission planning and execution, integrating intelligence, logistics, and maintenance inputs to optimize flight operations and enhance overall combat readiness.

Completed intensive Marine Corps Officer leadership training and flight school emphasizing sound judgement, crew coordination, risk management, and disciplined decision making in high consequence operational environments.

Performed intermediate-level maintenance and repair on aircraft Anti-missile Systems to ensure mission-capable readiness and system reliability. Held Top Secret clearance while protecting U.S. embassies, personnel, and classified information in diplomatic environments. Operated independently in dynamic security situations, demonstrating sound judgment while interacting with senior Department of State officials and foreign dignitaries.
