Elected to pursue MEI training while actively flying multi-engine aircraft to maintain proficiency/knowledge. Expanding instructional capabilities with the intention of teaching students and building dual given time.

Lead teams of 5-20 employees, ensuring hiring, compliance and project needs are completed. Manage daily operations, employee development, safety programs, budgets and regulatory compliance.

Assisted the captain maintaining situational awareness during all phases of flight and changing conditions. Utilized effective Crew Resource Management to foster communication, teamwork and sound decisions. Promoted passenger comfort, confidence and a positive and professional representation of the company. Worked closely with captains, dispatch and cabin crew to ensure customer-focused, safe flight operations.

Taught Private, Instrument and Commercial students and conducted flight reviews, IPCs and stage checks.
