Communicated with the Navy to ensure students received proper training with qualified instructors. Worked reports for senior leadership at FlightSafety. Worked with the instructor union to ensure all rules were followed.

Laid out training plans for new instructors and communicated with them weekly on their progress. Maintained qualification status for 150 instructors.

Supported the program managers and instructors for all Falcon aircraft. Assisted with client questions and instructor training.

Communicate with instructors and chief pilots on various subjects including documentation and training progress of their pilots.

Taught ground and simulator training to part 91 and 135 clients in the Falcon 20 and Falcon 900EX.
