• Provide part 61 and 141 ground and flight instruction for private, instrument, commercial, and flight instructor students per Jeppesen syllabus. • Conduct stage checks to evaluate student progress and proficiency. • Perform aircraft ferry flights for Dillon’s Aviation maintenance center.

• Provide flight and ground instruction for Career Pilot Program students in accordance with Blue Line’s part 141 training syllabus. • Conduct and oversee group member grounds and classroom study halls.

• Develop finished beverage concepts using Treatt’s flavors and ingredients to showcase and promote product lines. • Provide applications support to customers in formulation development. • Assist with new product development (i.e. coffee and tea extracts).

• Provide R&D support on a cross-functional team providing guidance for beverage and frozen dessert product development formulation, sensory, costing, product specification, nutrition labeling, packaging, and shelf-life. • Conduct production line trials of new and existing products nationwide.

• Develop protocols for replicating large scale process in a benchtop dimension to aid in new product development. • Bridge communications between Wisconsin and California plants, train new R&D hires and provide support for plant expansion projects.

• Manage R&D department, organize and host bi-weekly R&D meetings, oversee the annual R&D budget. • Formulate prototypes for product development, set up and lead plant trials. • Evaluate and implement changes to the production process and equipment to improve product yield, improving product quality, and improving consistency.
