Directed operations for the AF's fleet of 4 E-11A aircraft, 23 military & 70 contract personnel training & combat requirements. Air Forces only Combat FTU Upgraded 36 pilots (Aircraft Commander and Instructors) in the execution of a $250M contract. Coordinated and executed 24/7 combat mission capabilities and full global aircraft maintenance schedule & delivery. Advised AFCENT & ACC leaders as E-11A expert/advocate to the program office developing Combat Tactics and Procedures.

Air Force Two Aircraft Commander Flew the Vice President, Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, First Lady & US leaders. Flew 19 Air Force One backup sorties in the nation's highest level mission and enabled US and North Korean summit. Managed a team of 60 Wing Inspector Teams, 5 SAPM and Inspections for MAJCOM and Commanders.

Directed flight instructor program for the air force's largest combat flying training unit, a $5.6 million multinational program. Formal Training Unit Instructor program; Chief Pilot for all Navigator and Pilot flight instructor candidate initial training.

Responsible for integration of RC-135 operations at air force weapon school with 27 platforms, graduating 108 weapons officers. Established separate detachment and fulfilled air tasking for air forces graduate level weapons and tactics course directing 64 member team daily.

Chief of Safety - lead safety investigation officer for Class B mishap, helped to safeguard entire air force E-4B fleet. Ensured units deployment global combat readiness for 174 flyers. Ensured a short notice crew order ready to deploy in 48 hours.
