Work Experience
Lead Flight Attendant
Seminole Tribe of Florida/Hard Rock
I was the sole flight attendant for 13 1/2 years. I was responsible for maintaining the aircraft and purveying all supplies. When the company acquired more aircraft, I also stocked the aircraft and brought it up to standards. I was heavily involved in hiring and training of new flight attendants. I maintained all supplies in our stockroom and kitchen area. We flew mostly domestic routes with several international trips yearly. Our training was at Gulfstream in Savannah Georgia, where I attended annually for 21 years. Following my departure from Hard Rock I was working part-time on a G600 for about a year. I now have the freedom to go back to work full-time again and I am very much looking forward to it.
LEAD FLIGHT ATTENDANT
Seminole Tribe of Florida/ Hard Rock
The sole flight attendant for 13 years for a Gulfstream IV used for business travel with primarily domestic and some international destinations. Constant attention to detail and quality is provided to assure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all passengers and crew. A significant portion of my job focuses on the preparation and planning of the catering and special dietary needs of the passengers. Other job responsibilities include; purchasing of cabin, galley and passenger supplies as well as assisting with the special travel arrangements of the passengers. In 2014, an additional aircraft (Gulfstream 550) was acquired to facilitate a VIP program for Seminole Gaming. A high volume of our clientele is transported to the properties from the northeast. I am responsible for training new flight attendants, overseeing contract help as needed and ensuring compliance on both aircraft, along with service items and catering. This new venture requires weekly inventory refills along with purchasing specialty items for passengers. Two more aircraft (Gulfstream 280), were added to the fleet in 2021 to facilitate the needs of the high roller program and executive responsibilities.
