I act as an Assistant Chief, reviewing fellow instructors and students, evaluating their performance along with flight skills and ground knowledge. A large responsibility is ensuring all documentation is correct, both for the benefits of the school and the FAA regulations. Outside of performing Check Flights I have many of my own students, from PVT pilot all the way to CFI-I and MEI applicants. I have 22 submitted check rides with an 88% first time pass rate.

Prepared and executed lesson plans most suitable for students overall growth and skillset. Assessed and recorded performance, knowledge, and progress of each individual lesson. Led lessons to include weather briefings, emergency procedures, systems, and all additional topics a pilot needs to be knowledgeable of.

Properly fueled, maintained, and prepared, all equipment needed for aerial application. Maintained grass runways, runway snow removal, and all associated airport equipment. Prepared pesticide, herbicide, fungicide, precisely for the specific land of application.
