Held ultimate Operational Control, managed a turbine fleet, and oversaw aircraft maintenance. Hired and managed a pilot staff of up to 5, a Flight Instructor staff of up to 15 CFIs, and 3 Aircraft Maintenance Technicians. Established Best Practices and Risk Mitigation, ensured regulatory compliance (FAA, DOT, TSA inspections), and managed customer service, sales, and marketing.

Established FAA Part 135 On-Demand Air Carrier #GGKA467K and an FAA Part 61 Helicopter Flight Training School. Obtained FAA Charter Air Carrier Certification from inception. Held ultimate Operational Control for all flight operations. Certified Flight Instructor – Helicopter. Acquired, managed and safely operated a fleet of Bell 206-L4 and Robinson R44 and R22 helicopters in both Charter and Flight Training Operations.
