Act as PIC and SIC with multiple pilots. Reviewing flight plans and weather at Departure and Arrival Airports. Assisting in pre-flight and post flight operations. Creating a positive work environment using positive communication and CRM throughout multiple flights and long international legs.

Coordinating day to day operations as a Captain and Co-Captain. Maintaining a positive work environment. Assuring the Safety and comfort of all guests pre, post and during flight operations.

Providing assistance to flight crew and passengers to ensure a safe work environment. Learning from my peers to become familiar with a corporate work environment and eventually rise to the position of Captain of a Gulfstream G500

Standard FO responsibilities included radio communications locally and in and out of Baja Mexico. Assisting with entry and exit of customs weekly in and out of Mexico. Maintaining vigilance while flying throughout Baja, into large private dirt strip airfields with no tower or instrument landing systems.
