Served as pilot/captain for Airbus 319/320, Boeing 757/767/777/787, 737-300/500/800 aircraft. Led cross-functional teams to ensure on-time departures and arrivals, quality customer service, and the highest safety standards. Accumulated 16,000+ hours in airliners, including 4000 PIC hours as Captain. Also worked as Pilot/Captain from 1998-2003.

Supervised the planning and conduct of vehicle and systems ground and flight-testing of AEW & EW products. Conducted acceptance flight-testing of new & retrofit aircraft. Ensured all experimental, engineering, production, and modification flight-testing satisfied contractual/quality assurance requirements and ISO 9001 standards. Managed up to 12 Weapon System Operators, defining tasks, schedules, and providing guidance. Coordinated with program managers, disciplines, subcontractors, and external resources for systems evaluations. Responsible for property and control account management, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and earned value management tracking. Participated in joint flight-testing with the US Navy and worked with Foreign Military Sales customers. Involved in requirements, software/hardware design, and procurement.

Served as Chief Operating Officer for 30 Officers, 120 enlisted employees, and two airplanes. Led management team responsible for strategic planning, $2MM budget, utilization of $15MM EP-3J (electronic warfare training aircraft), and assignment of aircrew personnel. Developed a flight-hour management program, facilitating completion of yearly goals to within 0.6% of budget. Saved $50,000 in annual travel expenses through database creation. Directly supervised from 2 to 65 naval enlisted employees.

Piloted Learjet 23/24/25/35/36, Mitsubishi MU-2, and Beech 18 aircraft. Provided on-demand cargo/passenger service, requiring great flexibility and customer service skills to adapt to changing flight and customer requirements. Flew cargo and high-visibility passengers internationally.

Designed and developed computer-based training (CBT) programs for pilots. Served as Boeing 737-300/500 cockpit simulator instructor and Cockpit Resource Management (CRM) instructor. Taught Electronic Flight Information Systems (EFIS) and Flight Management Computer (FMC), covering all aspects of modern glass cockpit environments.

Worked daily with over three hundred Naval Reservists to ensure training and qualifications were current. Managed the national 'Campaign Drug Free America', educating school children on drug dangers. Served as a National Trainer for the program, traveling countrywide to train volunteers and local coordinators.

Operated the largest specialty grounding contractor company in Florida and a top five in the U.S. Specialized in general, computer room, static, RF grounding, RF shielding, cathodic, and lightning grounding. Responsibilities included developing sales, estimating, bidding, inventory procurement/control, field installations, accounting, and marketing. Supervised twenty-one lightning protection installers. Increased gross sales from $5MM to $20MM with a 20% profit margin increase. Developed a new line of surge protection/lightning prediction products, participating in all aspects of product conception, design, market research, development, advertising, and sales. Interfaced with electrical engineers, design engineers, programmers, field researchers, patent experts, and overseas manufacturers. Achieved product placement in retail catalogs with over 40MM circulation.

Taught Naval Weapons Systems and Naval History.

Retired as 0-5 CDR. Accumulated 17 years and 1500 special crew flight hours in the E-2C Hawkeye and EP-3J Orion aircraft. Configured airborne radar and electronic detection equipment. Coordinated air battle plans (C4ISR) with shipboard, airborne, and land-based operators using voice and data link (LINK 4, LINK 11) technology. Planned and executed multiservice, multinational surveillance operations, including combat air patrols, air-to-ground strikes, surface surveillance, and aerial refueling. Directed launch, placement, and recovery of fighters, tankers, and surveillance platforms (up to fifteen naval aircraft) onboard U.S. Naval aircraft carriers. Developed and oversaw a unique electronic warfare training program for Carrier Battle Groups. Managed adversary and intrusion tactics training. Conducted simulator flight-testing/instruction.
