As Director of Operations (formerly Aviation Consultant from May 2018), I helped build a ten or more charter and aviation management company for worldwide operations. Established a fully functional Safety Management System under 14 CFR Part 5, including voluntary FAA SMS participation, IS-BAO Stage I preparation, manuals, internal compliance audits, an emergency response plan, FOQA, ASAP, and safety reporting and evaluation processes. Created manuals and a CASS program for over 10 operations. Coordinated/established EU and International Compliance programs including Visa Waiver Program, Border Overflight Exemption, EU TCO Authorization, and EU Emissions Compliance. Served as Check Airman and Captain for G650/G550 private accounts in the Bay Area. Negotiated and managed vendor contracts, maintained expense controls, and oversaw hiring standards including compliance to FAA Pilot Records Database and drug/alcohol abatement program.

Led an international charter operation, served as Director of Operations for FAA purposes, and remained qualified as PIC and Check Airman while reporting to the CEO. Responsibilities included overseeing flight operations for over 30 turbojets and more than 40 pilots across multiple bases in California, New York, Florida, and Europe. Developed and managed client aircraft budgets. Accomplished more than ten third-party safety audits including ARGUS Platinum, WYVERN Wingman, ACSF, and IS-BAO I, II, & III. Developed General Operations, International Procedures, Training, and Safety Manuals. Member of the NATA Air Charter committee. Managed a full-service FBO. Acquired and merged two existing Part 135 charter companies into one organization, created specialized pilot training curricula, integrated charter sales and dispatch teams, combined CASS maintenance control programs, and implemented new aircraft tracking and trip-expense procedures.
