Responsible for providing a standardization of training in the training center as prescribed by the company but conducting; Standardization flights, Progress evaluations, and mock check rides. Keeping the training center among the top in our region in efficiency and productivity by ensuring Instructors and Students are properly assigned and scheduled.

Enhanced team efficiency in moving bags and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely turnarounds, and improved customer satisfaction. Contributed to the safe operation of the aircraft by ensuring accurate load data was provided to the flight crews.

I was able to expand brand loyalty and customer satisfaction through tailored one-on-one vehicle demonstrations for new owners, so that they may have a more confident familiarity with their new vehicle. Elevated store sales through thorough training of sales team on new technologies and innovations in latest vehicle models.
