Abel Hinojosa

Instructed in a highly structured Part 141 training environment with strict adherence to company SOPs and standardized procedures designed to prepare students for professional 121 airline careers. Operated daily in the Phoenix Class B and the nation's busiest Class D airspace, regularly conducting training in and around Luke AFB SATR and complex Phoenix-area airspace. Instructed international students from India, many of whom were experiencing their first time operating a vehicle and living in a new country. Developed strong communication, adaptability, and instructional techniques to effectively overcome language, cultural, and aviation-experience barriers. Transitioned to the USAF training team, instructing Air Force cadets in an extremely condensed and fast-paced training environment where schedule and training timelines were critical. Maintained a strong emphasis on standardization, efficiency, and student progression; students consistently led their class in training timeline and stage-check success rate.
