Provide comprehensive flight instruction to students across all skill levels. Supervise and evaluate student performance in diverse flight conditions, deliver structured feedback and support to foster pilot proficiency. Design and schedule effective ground and flight instruction considering aircraft resource, weather and student availability laid under flight operation manual. Monitor and adapt teaching methodologies to optimize student comprehension and successful accomplishment of training goals under Embry-Riddle's part 141 training course outline.

Maximize the efficiency of aircraft resource utilization while maintaining requirements of department's maintenance program. Manage emergency procedures in case of any abnormal flight activities. Take charge of the opening and closing process in the flight operation. Monitor and track all active flight activities in the designated practice areas, 3 nearby airports, and different airports when there are Cross-country flights.

Change or create the flight/ground/sim activity upon request. Monitor the activity status and flight dispatchers.

Maintained/operated all ATC simulator equipment in the lab. Trained 40+ New air traffic controllers and simulated Tower, Ground and TRACON procedures. Scheduled and built training plan for Air Traffic Controller Trainees. Handed off aircraft leaving from Pohang airspace to the control (center). Communicated with different ATC facilities to point out military traffic when needed. Managed all data tags of VFR/IFR flights in Pohang class C airspace.
