I have always been health conscious and have been participating in triathlons, marathons, bike racing and other endurance events my entire adult life. My primary recreational activity is riding my bicycles and motorcycles, (KLR650 & BMW GS1300). I enjoy hiking, camping, recreational reading and spending as much time with my wife, two adult children and two grandchildren as much as possible.
