Founded and operated a Part 61 flight school after the previous school I worked at closed due to the owner retiring. Oversaw a team of 4 instructors, aircraft utilization, curriculum standardization, student training pipelines, and operational decision-making. Managed scheduling, maintenance coordination, and safety standards while delivering primary and advanced instruction in C172 aircraft. We closed the flight school as of March 2026, but I continue to offer independent instruction to local aircraft owners in their aircraft, and aircraft ferry services.

Delivered high quality dual instruction for private pilot and commercial training. Conducted ground instruction and checkride preparation with strong student success rates. Supported multi-aircraft operations with scheduling, safety, and compliance. Promoted from CFI to Chief CFI after 15 months with the company.
