Serve as the Lead Evaluator on behalf of the 472 Electronic Control Squadron, comprised of 40+ aviators & a fleet of 7 aircraft. Oversee 6 Squadron Evaluators, delivering initial, recurrent, upgrade, and no-notice checkrides and associated knowledge exams. Grade pilot performance against established USAF and fleet specific performance standards, documenting training results. Contributed to the development, authoring, and publication of fleet/squadron performance and evaluation standards. Served a 3-month Middle East deployment (2025), delivering instruction/evaluation and ensuring no lapses in crew qualification.

Clearly identified fleet objectives and developed training syllabi for initial type rating and subsequent mission-oriented training. Focused training on systems/payload operation, setting up/changing flight orbits, and integration with USAF warfare objectives. Taught CRM skills with an emphasis on communications with ground-based personnel operating onboard payload components. Prepared students to support multi-force long-range communication needs between multiple aircraft & ground-based personnel.

Led 60+ Air Battle Managers. Responsible for performance reviews, disciplinary action, and overall career development. Delivered instruction in mission qualification ISR skills, ensuring effective squadron integration into DoD warfighting missions. Conducted training in aircraft handling, aerial refueling procedures, and ISR tactics, contributing to ongoing squadron readiness. Served as the primary operational resource for 2 crews flying multiple mission sets during a 3-month Japan deployment (2022).

Oversaw the fulfillment of all administrative needs for the Flight Commander, leading a squadron comprised of 60+ personnel. Assisted in career development for squadron personnel, determining placement in classes/schools aligned with career goals. Analyzed mission objectives to select an orbit location and develop a fuel plan, enabling the relay of real-time intelligence data. Exercised excellent CRM skills working as an effective member of a crew comprised of 5 pilots and 34 mission personnel.

Prepared personnel at various squadron workshops for internal inspections, evaluating performance against USAF standards. Developed remediation plans to address any unsatisfactory practices/performance, leading to compliant inspection outcomes.

Scheduled stateside training flights for 200+ aircrew members trained in 13 diverse specialties operating a fleet of 16 aircraft. Evaluated training objectives, crew qualifications/experience, and rest requirements to develop legal and efficient schedules
