Exercise adequate aeronautical decision-making while maintaining a high standard of safety during demanding missions. Provide leadership and hold a high standard of crew resource management in the cockpit. Obtain and maintain required state agricultural licences for Aerial Application. Monitor aircraft maintenance records and mission specific spray equipment to ensure safety, airworthiness and operational readiness.
