Conduct monthly FAA Part 139 airfield safety inspections and support compliance efforts. Assist with airport Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and hazard reporting. Support airport planning and management (SPAM) projects, including terminal upgrade efforts. Coordinate with airport leadership, ARFF, FBO staff, and external partners. Support UNICOM ground-to-air communications and daily airport operations. Maintain working knowledge of TITAN aviation fuel systems and aircraft fuel sales. Manage financial activities including check deposits, cash-flow tracking, credit card management, and invoice payments. Coordinate meetings with government officials regarding airport grant funding. Support Presidential-level operations, coordinating with the U.S. Secret Service. Assist U.S. Army personnel operational support for military aircraft arrivals.

Led executive board operations, meetings, and organizational planning. Organized aviation networking events and guest speaker engagements. Represented the organization through public speaking at All-Aviators Meetings.

Represented aviation programs during admissions and recruitment events. Presented aviation career pathways and safety culture to prospective students. Conducted facility tours and supported outreach initiatives.
