Provided leadership for the local Flight Operations training department. The responsibilities were absorbed into the centralised Crew Control once Jersey became fully integrated into Gama Aviation, after the acquisition of Aviation Beauport.

Gama Aviation's Jersey base operates non-scheduled commercial air transport operations under EASA Part-CAT regulations. Conducted line checks, command upgrades, and initial line training for Citation 560 XLS/XLS+ and Falcon 2000EX EASY II. Led fleet standardisation and safety initiatives, enhancing operational consistency.
