Understanding the complexity of working on narrow and wide body aircraft for Alaska and Hawaiian Airlines. I am certified to work on: Boeing: 737-700, 800, 900ER, Max8-9 Airbus: 330 and 321NEO. Effectively leading a ground crew to safely load and offload the aircraft while managing the timeline of a quick turnaround. On these flights there are many moving parts and a lot of moving vehicles. Being able to see the full picture will make for a smooth process. Effectively communicating with superiors and operations while working on international flights to make sure everything is clear before the aircraft's departure.

Learned and strengthened organization skills, coordination between warehouse workers, devising team leaders among the different work groups, and being able to adapt and assess certain situations.
