Founded and managed a startup flight training and aircraft rental business focused on improving student access, student community, instructor community, and affordability in Prescott. Developed business strategy, pricing models, operational procedures, instructor staffing plans, and customer acquisition initiatives while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Instructed adults to cook multi-course meals on weeknights/weekends. Taught private events with up to 60 people and public classes with 18 guests. Collaborated and communicated with other chef instructors and guests to create a meaningful and fun experience. Worked with 4-7 kids at a station daily, with groups up to 21, fostering teamwork and an inclusive environment, and giving personalized feedback to campers. Created systems regarding camp forms, pre- and post-camp briefings, and recipe selection.
