Instituted an OHSA based Safety Inspection utilized during onsite compliance audits. Developed and implemented a Safety Intake Dashboard to track reactive and proactive projects. Lead the Safety Team in customizing and implementing a Safety Management Hazard and Injury intake system to replace our previous Quality Management intake system. Implemented a Landing Data Block awareness campaign to decrease runway excursions in General Aviation.

Changed scheduling policies increasing the quality of life and moral for the Instructor group. Began a Simulator Training Restriction process and instructor training program to bring the learning center up to the FAR Part 60 standards required by the FAA. Trained the instructor group in proper Human Factors training and techniques for use during simulator briefs, simulator sessions and de-briefs. Began utilizing instructor down time to substantially increase the quality and accuracy of courseware presentations and publications. Cross qualified instructors in various programs to address an instructor staffing shortage due to the overall pilot shortage in the United States and abroad.

Responsible for design, development and implementation of all pilot basic indoctrination and non-fleet specific recurrent training courses. Authored the Threat and Error Management/Crew Resource Management chapter of the fleet Aircraft Operating Manuals. Designed, developed and implemented the Introduction to Threat and Error Management course for pilots. Designed, developed and implemented Aircraft Operating Manual eLearning modules for transition to new and enhanced Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring the safety of the operation during the actual transition.

Responsible for management of Crew Resource Management and Threat and Error Management pilot training programs. Primary, divisional Subject Matter Expert on CRM and TEM training programs. Responsible for all phases of Instructional System Design regarding CRM/TEM.

Involved in all phases of pilot training, from pilot hiring process and Basic Indoctrination, to Initial Operating Experience completion. Designed and developed curriculum, lesson plans and courseware for the conversion from Part 135 training to Part 121 N and O training program. Authored and implemented NetJets' first Aircraft Operating Manual, eventually decreasing the operational error rate by over 30%.

Responsible for development and implementation of lesson plans, expanded instructor action guides and courseware to ensure training standardization across all programs and learning centers that served NetJets Aviation, FlightSafety's largest customer. Initiated and coordinated a standardized lesson plan process which increased the quality of training for all NetJets simulator training events. Addressed numerous compliance issues at outlying learning centers improving the relationship with NetJets.

Managed a staff of 12 instructors in corporate pilot training, including ground school and simulator flight training and checking. Developed a quality management system, as part of the facility's ISO 9001 certification, increasing quality of the training products. Developed a scheduling system that substantially increased the quality of life for the instructor group. Developed and implemented standardized simulator lesson plans to ensure compliance with NetJets' Part 135 Crewmember Training Program.

Conducted simulator instruction for various EMB-145 operators from the United States, South America, China, United Kingdom, and Europe. Subject Matter Expert and Liaison to Embraer; substantially increased the quality of the relationship between FlightSafety International and this OEM. EMB-145Training Center Evaluator.
