 Earned primary and advanced certificates while training in an accelerated FAR Part 61 program for career-oriented students.  Experience operating sophisticated Technically Advanced Aircraft (TAA) with glass primary/multifunction displays.  Gained outstanding automation management skills while remaining proficient in fundamental raw data flying abilities.  Utilized a FRASCA Flight Training Device (FTD) to learn instrument flying procedures in a controlled environment.

 Worked closely with hotel owners and franchise sales development teams to negotiate terms/conditions for franchise contracts.  Performed cost analysis evaluations across multiple departments. Identified opportunities for savings while maintaining quality.  Consolidated vendor/service provider contracts across multiple hotel properties, leveraging pricing and achieving savings.  Identified opportunities for corporate portfolio growth through investments and property acquisition.

 Oversaw operations at 8 distinct mid-scale, limited-service hotel properties, ensuring brand standards were maintained.  Managed a team of 15 employees conducting on-site visits, inspections, and status meetings with general managers.  Performed cost analysis evaluations across multiple operational platforms, identifying areas of potential cost savings.  Conducted operational/transaction audits of each property, ensuring no anomalies with financial transactions.
