Serve as Chief Pilot for a growing Part 135 flight department; hold FAA Check Airman authority on the CE-525 and CE-560XL series. Built the company's Safety Management System (Wyvern-based), Standard Operating Procedures, and Training Manuals used fleet-wide from inception. Exercise full operational control authority - flight release, tracking, and dispatch decisions across a multi-type fleet under Part 135. Manage scheduling, training currency, and FAA recordkeeping compliance for a pilot roster of Captains, First Officers, and Check Airmen. Directing development of a pilot scheduling and training-currency dashboard and an AI-assisted crew request workflow, cutting administrative overhead while keeping approval authority with the Chief Pilot.
