Maintain and oversee office procedures and employee practices / morale. Create and Maintain CRM and SOI databases. Oversee real estate projects and clients. Schedule meetings/ trainings/special events, assist with finances and company bills, research and purchase necessary office supplies. Maintain a high standard of organization and high attention to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
