Assist the PIC with preflight planning, route selection, fuel requirements and load/unloading of baggage. Utilize Crew Resource Management and follow all company SOPs and FAA safety regulations. Provide passenger support, special requests and overall passenger comfort, including aircraft amenities.

Evaluate and train students in Part 61 flight operations with an ~86% student checkride pass rate. Teach Private, Instrument and Commercial students while promoting safety and aeronautical decision making.

Fuel, marshal, tow and service aircraft, including assisting passengers with baggage and cargo. Operate ground support equipment, valet customers' cars and arrange the hangar and ramp.

Prepared students for FAA knowledge tests, stage checks and checkrides with a focus on CFM and safety.
