Lead Captain on a Gulfstream, duties include scheduling, coordinating maintenance, mentoring pilots and implementing company safety procedures and compliance. Managing flights for high end clientele and C-level clients.

Part 91/135 Corporate environment, working with high end Clientele and C-level clientele. With the rest of the crew provide a safe transportation of passengers to worldwide destinations with a lot of ocean crossings.

As the lead Captain I lead the training of pilots to meet company standards. Assisted with directives to decrease cost without compromising safety and we increased the fleet from 3 to 15 during my tenure.
