Managed projects from initial underwriting through completion and lease-up. Projects ranged from $30M-$300M total capitalization and stabilized value, including ground-up development and value-add multifamily/mixed-use properties. Coordinated and managed project consultants including design/engineering teams, entitlement consultants, city staff, construction managers, and general contractors. Point of contact for external equity partners/lenders and internal executive team for SoCal and AZ projects. Led asset management including budget/business plan creation, property manager oversight, and capital improvements. Managed disposition efforts including reviewing BOVs, coordinating due diligence, and interfacing with potential buyers. Primary contact for on-site property managers and regional property managers. Direct oversight of leasing activities, including pricing, concessions, and renewal strategies.
