Operate the BE10 in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer limitations, and company SOPs. Perform duties such as inspections, checklist completion, and documentation before, during, and after each flight. Apply the principles of crew resource management to each flight ensuring the crew adheres to regulations, company policies, and safe practices.

Conduct ground, simulator, and flight training for private, instrument, commercial, CFI, and CFII students. Develop lesson plans for students based on their individual needs and maintain accurate records of student progress. Ensure a safe environment at all times by teaching and demonstrating aeronautical decision making.
