- Serve as Pilot-in-Command, operating aircraft safely and in compliance with regulations and company procedures. - Accurately complete preflight planning as well as preflight and post-flight inspections, documentation, and briefings. - Execute all phases of flight while managing aircraft systems and monitoring weather. - Evaluate, mitigate, and manage risks to maintain highest level of safety.

- Supervised instructors to ensure standardization and safety. - Performed student progress tests, in addition to performing flight instructor duties as needed.

- Provided VFR, IFR, and multiengine training to cadets in both the - FAA and EASA training programs. - Evaluated student progress and maintained student training records.
